Whew, today was just another ordinary day.

the sun was shining, the wind was blowing, the cows were chewing on grass, people farted, the world spun, the clouds formed bigger clouds and then rained, the birds were chirping, the bees were buzzing, everything was perfectly normal.

Did the beep test again today.

Didnt bother to waste energy on running additional laps cos after it, cfm wont be able to stand or move about.

So after my rest, which was like Level 7 Lap 8, i just stopped entirely.

Didnt beat my previous record, Level 8. Damn !

But it was worth it luh, didnt get any leg cramps or aches (:

Weeeee ~ Another like 14+ hours more til we go out !

Lets watch the new Jack Neo film, Marriage Something something ..

Then if we can, perhaps go to commonwealth's Faith Methodist and MAKE-FUCKING-OUT !  :D :D :D
