went round aunts and uncles houses collecting red packets and distributing mandarin oranges.

at first i thought the most no. of red packets i'd get would be like 5+ ?

cos we didnt really visit alot of people.

but it turns out that, the other relatives went to the same relative's houses and from there, got more.

but whatever, its not the money or whatever that counts.

its all tradition, brought back from china.

the togetherness in the gathering of one's house.

yet, why do people still care and show more concern with what amount lies on the inside of the red packet instead of the relatives themselves ?

yes, we all men are greedy.

we put materialism on the top of our lists.

we hope to succeed in making more and more money.

some become philanthropists and give back while others sit back and relax, leaving all their worries behind knowing they're well to do.

but i hope i wouldn't turn out that way.

i wanna succeed in my acting-to-be career and after earning my pay, donate it to charity {:
