Long lasting love statements,
Oh how lovely it seems,
Deep in their meaning,
It's all a cry for help that screams.
When one believes so much in it,
He falls into its trap,
When one is controlled by it entirely,
He takes his long everlasting nap.
Oh, so how would we fare,
In this battle against true love,
Does one fight this battle with whatever he's got,
Or does he flee in fear like a black dove.
Will all his worst nightmares turn into the best dreams?
Or will it end in the demise in his own departure from this world hereafter?
These are questions to ponder,
The ending, would cause us to burst in laughter.
Yes, it may seem ordinary at first,
He's normal, she's normal,
Then our body aches and we have this thirst,
This longing for company.
When things get out of hand,
Blame no one for the consequence,
Who's going to have the last laugh?
And who's going to be utter non-sense?
