Actions speak louder than words.
I shouldnt just sit here and post about what i didnt do and start doing it.
Who would want an uninitiative ........ ?
Nobody.
And i know what i want and how i'm gonna achieve it.

Ahems, so it appears.
I had a friggin nightmare last night.

I dreamt that i was like a father,
and i was like 30 to 40plus and i had this son.
And i couldnt control him and it made me sad. ):
I dont know where the mom was, but if my son were to really be like him.
I think i might just have to ...
CALL NANNY 911 !
In my dream he was out of control.
Like shizzyly O.O.C.

Anyways, had english test on summary today.
And while i was sleeping, eleanor said i had like spasms when i slept halfway and stuff.
My leg like jerked and shit and it was kinda violent, so did my shoulder.
LOL.
And here's some information about it.

PARASOMNIAS.

Parasomnias include sleep disturbances with body jerking (rapid eye movement behavior disorder), sleepwalking, panic attacks (sleep terrors) and other medically-treatable conditions.

Sleep disturbances with body jerking can be the results of either periodic limb movement disorder, or a parasomnia. Both are medically treated through the use of prescribed drugs and better sleeping habits. Periodic limb movement disorder has symptoms ranging from minor movements/shaking/jitters in the legs and arms, all the way through wild and sometimes violent movements of the arms and legs. The parasomnia most associated with body jerking or internal shaking is rapid eye movement behavior disorder, where the sufferer physically acts out their dreams as they are experienced during sleep.

and that's basically it.
Haha, weird huh the human body ? (:
I love doing research on stuff like this, makes me feel nerdish and more smart. :D
And i'm collecting my new specs sometime next week, yay.

that's all, ciaoz ~
